Administration Assistant for Human Resource Management Consulting Office

The Human Resource Management Consultancy firm is located in Wetlands and deals with Recruitment, Training, HR Advisory Services and Labour Management. 


Reporting to the Managing Partner, the Administration Assistant will be responsible for smooth operation of the office and key duties will include:
  • Handling front office desk
  • Typing work and records management
  • Messagerial tasks
  • Administrative issues such a housekeeping,
The candidate must have KCSE level qualifications as well as basic secretarial qualifications and must demonstrate good administrative, organizational, and communication skills.
