Job Title: General Manager – Sales & Marketing
Profile Introduction: Our Client an advertising company seeks to recruit a self-driven individual for the position of GM (Sales and Marketing).
The successful candidate will be responsible leading client service excellence across the organization’s core businesses.
He/she will be tasked with managing the entire activities of the Sales and Marketing division and provide efficient & focused sales and Marketing Strategies so as to achieve the Company’s Strategy, Growth and Profit objectives.
The successful candidate will have the following primary responsibilities:
- Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews;
- Liaise with the advertising agencies to gather information on execution of planned and upcoming communication strategies;
- Lead the commercial team to identify and qualify opportunities to develop new business;
- Identify marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market and competitor’s share;
- Lead market analysis and innovation, driving the team to generate new ideas;
- Monitor the performance of all team members and give on-going feedback to ensure high performance is maintained;
- Build great relationships with clients and internal teams to ensure the smooth development of on-going client campaigns; and
- Ensure the company is delivering real value to the clients at all times.

- Business degree with a strong sales background;
- MBA will be an added advantage;
- At least 8 years of experience in Sales & Marketing with 5 years in senior management and client service role.
