Our client is seeking to recruit trade developer representatives to implement sales and customer service plans so as to deliver area targets and provide market intelligence.
Salary: 12k + commissions
Duties and Responsibilities
- Recruitment and management of agents.
- Retention and training of agents
- Assessment and ascertainment of agents, route and beat plan.
- Brand sale representative
- Performance monitoring of agents and management
- Planning and delivering monthly, weekly and daily sales targets
- Coordinating collection of sales proceeds within the approved terms of trade
- Identifying opportunities and negotiating for incremental business
- Diploma/Certificate in Sales and Marketing
- At least 6months experience in sales and marketing
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Negotiation skills
- High customer orientation
