Hospitality Industry General Manager Job in Kisumu Kenya (KShs 50K)

Our client in the hospitality industry is seeking to recruit a General Manager for a restaurant  in Kisumu.
All applicants should be based in Kisumu or willing to relocate.(no housing allowance)

Position Required:  General Manager

Location: Kisumu

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing Revenues and costs
  • Ensuring accurate banking
  • Guiding and mentoring terminal managers
  • Recruiting staff
  • Reporting
  • Preparing budgets
  • Coordinating admin,accounts and sales and marketing activities
Key Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5yrs experience in business management including personnel management
  • Working knowledge of travel industry practices.
  • Degree in business management
  • Diploma/equivalent in hospitality is an added advantage.
Salary & Benefits: 50,000 (non-negotiable)
