Sales & Marketing Manager (ICT) 
Our client, an ICT company urgently seeks to recruit the above position.

Job Requirements:

Degree in sales and marketing with a bias for ICT

Proven Account Mgt skills required to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships

Minimum 2 Years of Account/ Project management and Business Development experience
Extremely detail oriented with technical competence (understand software, hardware, networks)

Motivated, goal oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator

High level of initiative and works well in a team environment

Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well
Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal supervision
Strong work ethics and financial integrity and located in Nairobi, Kenya

Job Description:

  • Manage the ESET Kenya Office
  • Strategy development for entire business unit
  • Execution of strategies to exploit market opportunities (includes Marketing and PR)
  • Monitoring the competitive landscape of ESET Products
  • Identifying key partners in our territory to drive incremental partner revenue
  • Identifying key corporate accounts in our territory for our direct sales revenue
  • Be responsible for recruiting and educating new partners by providing sales orientation training and continuous development of existing partners
  • Maintaining a good and lasting relationship between ESET Kenya and resellers, end-user customers and ESET Southern Africa Office (our reporting office)
  • Delivering quarterly sales volume, market share, and profit projections for business analysis and reporting to the Managing Director and reporting ESET offices in South Africa
