CHMP Communication and Liaison Officer Job in Kenya

CHMP is a Drug Procurement Center that supplies essential generic drugs, medical devices, reagents and biological equipment to NGOs.

To help us in our development, we are looking for a Communication and Liaison Officer.

The Communication and Liaison Officer is responsible for communication strategy development, budget control, planning and execution of all support, PR and partners relations management program activities.

Responsibilities:
  • Establish research methodology and design format for data gathering, such as surveys, or questioners
  • Develop all marketing tools needed to provide high level of partner’s satisfaction
  • Identify and built relationship with new partners based in West Africa
  • Participate to events like seminars or forums in Europe to meet main European Partners
  • Write technical and financial reports both in French and English
  • Deliver communication activity within agreed budget
Personal Specification:
  • Master degree
  • 3-5 years relevant experience in communication
  • Strong communication, organisational and management skills and extensive knowledge of on and off line marketing
  • Strong interest in humanitarian activities
  • Candidates must be Bilingual in English and French languages and be able to speak in public to animate conferences with French and/or English speaking partners.
