International Organization Back Office Administrator Job in Nairobi Kenya


Situation Vacant

We are an international Organization with offices in most major towns in the Country. 

We have a vacancy in the below position which we need to fill urgently. 

Position: Back Office Administrator

Primary Responsibilities:

To ensure all Back office  processes are carried out in an efficient and effective manner consistent with the Organization’s  Brand of being the “Best in class”  and in compliance with it’s policies and Procedures to support the achievement of it’s Strategic Goals.


  • Minimum of a Diploma in Business studies or Administration or Marketing.
  • The right candidates must have passed the  ISO 9001:2008 Lead Assessor Course certificate.
  • Basic accounting knowledge e.g. CPA 2  and other Management system standards will be an added advantage .
Experience: At least 2 years  unbroken  experience in a busy back office preferably in an  inspection or certification agency.

Work Station: Nairobi.
