Gross Salary 80k-100K Plus Commissions

Our client  an innovative solar  power and lighting company that provide a range of solar products to local businesses, Non Governmental organization and microfinance organizations and based in Nairobi is looking for  a Sales Manager to oversee the various sales activities of the company.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing a sales strategy to meet business objectives and volume targets     
  • Establishing plans and strategies to expand market share in the targeted regions and contribute to development of training and educational programs for clients and Sales team
  • Initiating and coordinating development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
  • Designing high performance agency and alternative distribution channels models to achieve set business targets.
  • Maintaining a high performing and motivated sales team through recruitment, training, and development
The requirements for this position are:
  • A university degree in either Marketing or Business Management
  • A proven record in the delivery of business targets and managing a team
  • Must have worked for at least 4 years in a sales management role in a dynamic organization
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer literacy is essential
