Finance and Administrative Manager

Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or
Economics and a CPA (K) from recognized institutions. 
In addition, the
applicant must have at least (3) years experience in managing a business
company or an organisation, two of which must be at a senior management level.
  • Responsibilities: The incumbent will be in-charge of
    managing the accounts of the business units of the company and any other
    enterprises that the company may introduce.
  • This is a Senior Management position requiring an individual
    who is dynamic, focused, self-driven, and honest and with capacity to implement
    and manage accounts of sound business plans of the company and deliver within
    set targets and timelines. 
  • He/she will prepare quarterly and annual financial
    reports to the managing director of Egerton University Investment Company
Terms and Conditions of Service
The successful applicant will be hired on a three year
contract renewable on the basis of annual appraisal 25% gratuity of the basic pay will be paid at the expiry of
the contract
