Administration and HR Manager Job in Kenya – FMCG Industry

Administration and Human Resource Manager
Our client in Fast Moving Consumer Goods industry urgently seeks to fill the above vacant position. 
The successful candidate must have strong background in administration especially in fleet management.
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Fleet management
  • Ensuring all administrative are timely carried out.
  • Drafting and implementing strict administrative procedures and process for accountability and control purposes
  • Drafting and implementing a disciplinary procedure involving a disciplinary committee well versed with the rights of employees under the Employment Act 2007
  • Formulating HR policies.
  • Overseeing all recruitment exercises.
  • Inducting and orienting new employees.
  • Maintaining a data base of all current employees and all their personnel details.
  • Maintain a proper data of manpower requirements in all departments.
  • Reporting to the Human Resource manager all disciplinary issues in the factory and advising on the appropriate actions to be taken.
Qualification & Experience
  • A minimum of a diploma in human resource management
  • At least 5 years experience in similar capacity
