Position: Corporate & Enterprise Relationship Officer

Mission and Duties

  • Ensures Credit application files set up and follow up
  • Contributes to the analysis of counter party risk
  • Participates with Relationship Manager in the development of customer & prospect portfolio, and managing credit risk
  • Ensure satisfactory customer experience


  • Ensures Credit application files set up and follow up
  • Collects and analyses customer or prospect financial statements and supporting documentation (Financial statements, detailed accounts, tax information, legal documentation)
  • Identify customer needs and check consistency of requested and proposed facilities
  • Analyses and prepares within time SLAs, credit facilities application files, and ensures respect of pricing conditions negotiated with customer
  • Anticipates applications for facilities renewals
  • Follows up the credit approval process until its end
  • Prepares  necessary information to facilitate elaborate sales proposal to customers and prospects
  • Contributes to the analysis of counterparty risk
  • Updates time schedules in customer files : tenors, unformalized securities, instalments, …
  • Follows up customer request for temporary overdrafts linked to particular operations
  • Set up dashboards on commercial performance and risk on customers, reports to Relationship Manager  and alerts of any  potential customer downgrade
  • Participates with Relationship Manager to the development of customer & prospect portfolio, and managing risk
  • Contribute to improvement of customer relationships
  • Enriches and updates prospect database
  • Provides performance dashboards to Relationship Manager
  • Follow up customer satisfaction
  • Follows up customer complaints and ensures respect of SLAs and procedures
