FMCG Sales Administrator Job in Kenya (KShs 20K – 30K)

A Top 100 FMCG manufacturer is looking for a Sales Administrator
Salary: KShs 20K – 30K
The purpose of the job is to help support, coordinate and organize the Sales Team, using sales, administration and accounting skills.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Generate reports for the sales performance daily
  • Review performance of targets for salespersons
  • Review and analyze monthly resultson team performance
  • Ensure all sales orders are received and delivered in full
  • Set up processes and procedures to manage the team
  • Filing records
  • Maintain databases
  • Source and manage allowances for the team
  • Any other duties required to enhance smooth running of the sales team
Qualification & Skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Minimum of Diploma in Sales and Marketing
  • 2 years proven sales, administrative, and must have an accounting back ground
  • 23 years and over (male or female)
  • Perfect Excel Knowledge and presentations
  • Good at working with numbers, must understand accounts well
  • Excellent communication skills and report writing skills
