A firm in the Energy Industry is recruiting for the following positions
1) Supply and Logistics Manager
To the  Director

Reporting to the Position: Drivers, Riders, Dispatch Clerks, Logistic Supervisors

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Being the  Supply & logistics Manager  the incumbent will be responsible for the following
  • Ensure inventory accuracy of  Cylinders  being delivered as per the  invoice and client LPO and ensure physical  inventory before dispatching
  • Responsible for scheduling Drivers, Delivery clerks, Motor Cycle Riders
  • Keeping  a record  of  all  dispatches  to customers in order of  customer  name, Vehicle no, and number of Cylinders
  • Organize  and maintain  dispatch area, ensuring that the dispatch  area are kept tidy  and free of  any obstruction
  • Ensuring  that deliveries are made in time and to the right people by the Drivers and Riders
  • Liaising with  the Accountant and stock controller  for easy and efficient dispatch of orders
  • Give priority to urgent order depending  on nature customer and order
  • Assist in conducting monthly stock take
  • Review inventory position  daily and weekly  against outstanding  orders and sales forecasts  and take action  to meet   customer demands
  • Proactively handle customer complaints on deliveries resolve customer problems & complains to ensure satisfaction.
  • Leading and managing dispatch attendants, supervisors and ensure compliance with the company policies
  • Work planning and scheduling. Coming up with  delivery route plan and map
  • Come up with strategies to  avoid and  reduce operational cost whenever possible
Qualification, Skills Set & Knowledge Required
  • Degree / in Business / LPG Gas  Warehouse Management
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft office product, especially excel, Word
  • Very good communication skills (telephone & Email) are essential
  • At least 3-5 Years as Warehouse or logistics  supervisor
2) Sales & Marketing Manager
Reports: To the  Director
Reporting to the Position: Sales Team Leaders, Sales Executives
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Being the  Sales  & Marketing  Manager the incumbent will be responsible for the following
  • To steward the sales and marketing  operation of  LPG Gas Cylinders
  • To increase customer awareness of the  company  brand of its LPG
  • To design, implement and facilitate annual marketing plan for the company.
  • To develop sales and marketing strategies with the goal of maximizing the company profit and market share of the company LPG market.
  • To use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the profitability and growth of the brand.
  • Direct re-hiring, training and performance evaluation of sales and marketing staff and oversee the daily activities.
  • To build key relationship with internal and external partners to further increase the company‚Äôs market reach and financial viability
  • Maintain a regular delivery schedule and sales to customers in a manner which will result in increased satisfaction
  • Make sales calls on all potential customers in the trade area
  • Assist department supervisor in setting department goals and increase sales of LP gas.
Qualification, Skills Set & Knowledge Required
  • Degree/ Business /Sales  &Marketing
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft office product,
  • especially  excel, Word
  • Strong leadership & Consensus building skills
  • Excellent Verbal, written  and presentation skills
  • At least 5-7  Marketing experience especially in fast moving consumer goods
