Our client is a leader in the real-estate industry looking to hire real estate sales executives to handle sales and maintain existing clients.

 

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Sell real estate residences
  • Servicing existing clients
  • Gather real estate market intelligence
  • Learn the current Real estate industry trends, styles and building designs
  • Study the market to come up with competitive and pricing
  • Planning & executing the sales and marketing function
  • Assist in coming up with excellent sales and marketing strategies
  • Handling house/apartment viewing by potential clients
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or real estate is an added advantage
  • Diploma in Sales, Marketing or Real estate
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in real estate from employment or internship
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent management & communication skills
  • Can work under pressure
  • Excellent levels of customer service
  • Honesty, Integrity &  good work ethic
  • Know Nairobi well
  • Male preferred
  • Confident, a go getter, outgoing, can expressive, professional
