A HR Consultancy Firm is seeking a:
Position Title: Business Developer
Location: Nairobi
Position Start: ASAP
Services Sold: Recruitment services
Budget: Kshs 20,000 plus commission
Reporting to: CEO
Key Accountabilities
- Meet the company’s monthly sales targets
- Develop new and existing business in Kenya.
- Build lasting relationships with our existing client base, working alongside our consultancy team
- Lead sales and business development initiatives
- Help deliver effective solutions for the client
The ideal candidate must be:
- A successful consultative salesperson from a similar service/consulting/professional services sector
- An entrepreneurial person engaged and motivated by being part of a business and a team that makes a significant and quantifiable difference to its clients.
- Strong in business development skills, responsible for sales quota achievement for over one year; entrepreneurial.
- Ability to develop strong and trusting relationships at all levels in an organization, but clearly at the senior level.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively in viewing sales issues and opportunities.
- Outstanding presentation, communication, listening, questioning, writing and speaking skills.
- Intellectually curious about what the HR firm does.
- Determined, persistent and self-motivated, resourceful, a high-achiever.
- Able to work well alone and as well as part of a team.
- Outstanding oral communication skills and an ability to write impactful proposals.
- Confident, loves to network and has great social skills
- Must be comfortable with a commission remuneration structure
Qualifications and Experience:
- Diploma in Sales
- Bachelors in Education degree, will be an added advantage
- Post graduate diploma in HR will be an added advantage
- Should have worked in a Sales role in a high pressure environment for at least 2 years
- Should have wide reaching networks
- Should demonstrate experience in leadership
