Vacancy: Corporate Sales Executive
Our client is a reputable house hold brand in the hospitality industry with two hotels based in Nyeri. 
They are looking to feel the role of a Corporate Sales Executive to be based in their Nairobi office. 
Position reports to Corporate Sales Manager

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Establishing and maintaining a good relationship with corporate clients.
  • Identifying new accounts and any potential market that needs coverage.
  • Provide adequate information on ASH rates, brochures, factsheets and conference facilities.
  • Updates the units on upcoming conferences / functions weekly.
  • Maintain market presence in the assigned zone through regular sales calls and visits.
  • Follow up on all enquiries made, issue quotations and respond within 24 hours.
  • Ensure that all groups with conference / function are well co-ordinated from the bookings, check-in and their stay at the units.
  • Maintain an accurate customer database and records of all conducted sales and contacts for future reference.
  • Assist accounts in following up on any pending payments when need arises.
  • Work closely with Sales Manager, to facilitate all promotion activities.
  • Coordinate and accompany clients on familiarization trips to the units.
  • Assists in the planning of annual sales budgets.
  • Provide a weekly and monthly sales calls/activity report.
  • Attend and participate in departmental meetings.
  • Immediate feedback to account managers in case of any issues.
  • Collect market intelligence on competitors.
  • Ensure monthly sales targets are met.
  • Implement all sales plans as outlined by Corporate Sales Manager.
Minimum Requirement
  • At least 3 years sales experience within the service industry
  • Proficient in basic computer office packages
  • Diploma in sales/marketing or equivalent
  • Ability to work under minimum supervision
  • Highly networked within Nairobi.
  • Drive to achieve results.
Salary Budget: Kshs. 30,000-40,000 Gross plus commission
