- Exit Management – Drafting of Acceptance letters and advise to payroll

- Prompt staff confirmations
- Payroll advise on exits
- Exit data collection weekly and monthly reports
- Overtime schedules for Union staff
- Departmental mail management
- Staff correspondence, recommendation letters
- Employee rewards, Employee of the Month, customer service award
- CRM management- SMS platform
- AKDN liaison person
- Monthly Promotion and New appointment adverts drafting
- Staff confirmation and Reference check follow up
- Medical Cards issuing and medical changes instructions from staff to Medical department
- Perform all other tasks related to HR function areas of responsibilities as allocated
- Management and support for the HRMIS
- Leave monitoring and management
- HR payment processing
- Drafting of HR reports, monthly report, gender count report, weekly action point reports
- Prompt Town Hall and departmental meeting facilitation
