Job Title: Customer Relations Executive
Function / Department: Customer Relations
Reporting to: Customer Relations Team Leader
Job Purpose Statement: The Customer care executive provides a high standard(world class) customer service to Ringier customers when contacted via mail, ticket, chat or all the other channels available 

Targets and Responsibilities
  • Respond to telephone calls from customers as per the established Customer care standards criteria
  • Resolve problems efficiently and professionally by applying knowledge  and best practice experience
  • providing help and advice to customers using your organization’s products or services
  • communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter and face to face
  • keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers;
  • Maintaining a satisfaction rating average of above 95% weekly.
  • Upselling and cross-selling to clients.
  • Complying with the stock management procedure and policies set to enable accountability.

  • Able to prioritise tasks and respond to customer queries in a timely manner
