Job Purpose Statement: The Customer care executive provides a high standard(world class) customer service to Ringier customers when contacted via mail, ticket, chat or all the other channels available

Targets and Responsibilities
- Respond to telephone calls from customers as per the established Customer care standards criteria
- Resolve problems efficiently and professionally by applying knowledge and best practice experience
- providing help and advice to customers using your organization’s products or services
- communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter and face to face
- keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers;
- Maintaining a satisfaction rating average of above 95% weekly.
- Upselling and cross-selling to clients.
- Complying with the stock management procedure and policies set to enable accountability.
