Our Client, a Pub and Bistro, is looking for a Supervisor.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervisor the service team, security and inventory
- Ensure uniform code is adhered to
- Ensure all preparation is done properly
- Brief team about plan for the day before start of shifts
- Ensure there is enough float for each shift
- Ensure the cleaners do a good job
- Make sure Mise en Place is ready on time
- Check that everyone arrives on time
- Deal with client issues that arise
Requirements
- Should have at least years’ experience in a Restaurant or similar
- At least a Diploma
- Should be able to make decisions and find alternatives solutions for problems
- Should be able to motivate and develop employees under his/her leadership
- Should have excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Should be able to do late shifts flexibly
