Pub and Bistro Supervisor Job in Kenya

Our Client, a Pub and Bistro, is looking for a Supervisor.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Supervisor the service team, security and inventory
  • Ensure uniform code is adhered to
  • Ensure all preparation is done properly
  • Brief team about plan for the day before start of shifts
  • Ensure there is enough float for each shift
  • Ensure the cleaners do a good job
  • Make sure Mise en Place is ready on time
  • Check that everyone arrives on time
  • Deal with client issues that arise


  • Should have at least  years’ experience in a Restaurant or similar
  • At least a Diploma
  • Should be able to make decisions and find alternatives solutions for problems
  • Should be able to motivate and develop employees under his/her leadership
  • Should have excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Should be able to do late shifts flexibly
