Personal Assistant
Job Overview: The incumbent will be directly working with the CEO of the company.
  • Develop Client list contact list and enter it in the CRM
  • Aggregate jobs in Kenya and upload them into website
  • Contact clients and make an a sales appointment on my behalf
  • Follow up with potential client to close the deal after sales presentation
  • Respond to clients quires
  • Assist with organizing Virtual Job fair
  • Provide necessary information to participants (employers and job seekers)
  • Assist in office matter such as booking, purchasing, and event coordination


The person should have the following qualification
  • A degree holder with at least 4 years relevant experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Can handle multiple task
  • Willing to work nights and weekends if needed
  • Excellent organizational skills ( planning and organizing)
  • Aware of business and professional networks in Kenya- Resourceful person.
  • Has experience in organizing event and participants solicitation
