Printing Commercial Company Senior Business Development Officers Jobs in Kenya

Our client is a printing commercial company that provides end to end quality labelling solutions. 
They aim to be a preferred supplier of cost efficient and logistically smart labelling solutions to a wide range of market segments.
They are seeking to recruit Senior Business Development Officers who will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities from potential clients while still maintaining profitable relationships with existing clientele.


  • Develop an aggressive business plan and sales strategy for the clientele and region assigned to ensure attainment of sales targets
  • Prospect for new business with the aim of meeting/surpassing set sales targets
  • Develop and maintain good business relationships with clients, while addressing their concerns/complaints
  • Develop a database of potential customers and qualify the new prospects through persistent and dynamic lead generation activities
  • Gather market data including market size, trends, competitive activity and use these to develop sales and revenue projections for the region assigned
  • Drives a customer focus culture which ensures customer satisfaction & profitable growth
  • Contribute to development of action plans to penetrate new markets and develop existing customers
  • Provides timely feedback regarding prospects & performance
  • Develop proposal presentations and responds to RFPs
  • Maintains contact with all major customers in the market area to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Qualifications and Background
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business / Marketing or related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in Business to Business((B2B) sales
  • Highly results oriented
  • Strong commercial awareness
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
