Job Summary: Leading the generation of new business, products & services development while ensuring exemplary customer satisfaction in line with strategic plans and objectives

Main Responsibilities

  • Generating new business by designing and implementing business products & services strategies
  • Responsible for the overall management of client relationships while networking to build a healthy sales pipeline
  • Continuous assessment of marketing opportunities and target markets
  • Conducting feasibility studies for various products and services including intelligence gathering on customers and competitors for decision making
  • Managing to achieve current and new business growth targets
  • Preparing and presenting management reports on business growth, trends and volumes.
  • Leading in the proposal writing, presentation and tender documents
  • Creating and maintaining client databases including prospective clients
  • Winning new markets and building brand visibility by delivering presentations to Corporate clients and representing the business at various forums
  • Event Management and collation of feedback thereafter
  • Identifying, implementing and benchmarking best practices in management
  • Managing and implementing change initiatives to achieve desired business results and culture
