Our client, the largest distributor for Household and Electronics products in the region, is seeking recruit Showroom Sales Attendants to join their dedicated team in Nairobi.
Department: Showroom
Reporting to: Showroom Supervisors
Job Location: Nairobi
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Customer Services
- Product Knowledge
- Presence on the floor
- Customer Approach and Service to a customer
- Taking a customer through all products and providing maximum product information
- Closing the sale at minimum discount and perusing through the sales/delivery
- Feedback completion
2. Department In charge & Purchasing
- To be advised
- Ensuring that the department is fully stocked
- Ensuring cleanliness is maintained and all products are priced & have all feature cards
- Ensuring stock is balanced Bi-monthly
- Replenishment of stock from Go down
3. Credit Control Management
- Following up on payments for customers based on report received from Credit Control
- 95% resolution required
Skills & Qualifications
- 1-2 years’ experience in Sales.
- Diploma in a business related field.
- Business acumen.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Great communication skills.
