Area Sales Executive Job in Kenya

Our client is a motorcycle manufacturing company and they are looking to hire an experienced and results oriented Area Sales Executive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and drive sales growth in the assigned area.
  • Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market in assigned area
  • Conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends.
  • Maintain relationship with existing customers for repeat business.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships in assigned territory
  • Maintain highest level of customer service and technical support within assigned customer base.
  • Negotiate pricing, discounts in consultation with area sales manager
  • Maintain accurate assessment of target and opportunity funnel within the Customer Relationship Management system.
  • Maintain Customer Relationship Management system to accurately reflect territory activity, contact information and opportunities.
  • Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market and competitor activities
Minimum Qualifications
  • Degree / Diploma in Sales & Marketing
  • At least 3 years’ experience in territory sales management
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills
  • A confident and determined approach
  • Resilience – and the ability to cope with rejection
  • Self-motivation and drive
  • A competitive streak
  • Willingness to work anywhere in the country
