Our client, a leading importer of construction equipments representing various international manufacturers and the sole selling distributors in East Africa Region are seeking to recruit a vibrant sales coordinator urgently.
- Handling enquires / preparing quotation/introduction letters and circulars to clients / proforma invoices
- Prepare and maintaining client database and general communication with client
- Providing back office support to field staffs, coordination with site people and technicians for complaints, site requirements etc
- Coordinating for machine and spares dispatches and preparing delivery notes
- Maintain client and PO files, keeping records of active and non active cases, keeping principal offer file, keeping stock of catalogues
- Taking attendance of office staffs/site staffs
- Follow up with clients for offer status, payment collection, finding new client base etc
- Preparing all monthly reports related to sales, aftersales / enquires / order bookings / collection statements / import purchases / dispatches / stocks / forecast of sales / projection reports
- Diploma / Bachelors degree in sales and marketing / business related
- Fresh graduate
- Good communication skills
- Languages-fluent English
- Computer literate especially in emailing and Internet searching
