Trianum Hospitality Limited is the leading provider of hospitality consulting and management services in Kenya.
It is currently managing 6 apartment hotels in Kenya, with a total of over 300 rooms.
Trianum will be adding 2 more properties to its management portfolio by mid-2016.
We are seeking to fill the following positions:
The holder of this position will report to the Director and will be solely responsible for the management of the human resource function in the company as well as its properties under management.
The company and its managed properties have a total work force of 150 people spread over different locations.
To be successful in this position, you have over 5 years experience in managing the human resource function.
We would prefer a candidate with hospitality experience but experience in a service organisation will be considered.
You will have demonstrable experience in the following areas: recruiting, organisational development, training, performance management, remuneration and benefits management and employee relations.
To be successful in this position, you have a professional qualification in human resource management (degree or diploma).
You have 5 years progressively senior experience in hospitality or comparable service industry.
You are analytical in nature with the ability to use numerical data to guide management on decision-making.
Demonstrable experience in training and performance management will be an added advantage.
Marketing and/or Graphic Design Intern
This is a temporary position for 3 months to provide maternity cover.
The successful candidate will assist with co-ordinating the marketing function.
You will be involved in designing a variety of promotional activities: websites, advertisements, posters, email signatures, product packaging, corporate communications and corporate identity.
You will work with outsourced service providers to create marketing collateral and coordinate placement of the promotions on different forums.
The successful candidate can be a graduate with a marketing or graphic degree or experience in a marketing or graphic background.
Prior internship or work experience in the hospitality industry and knowledge and/or experience in the hospitality industry will be an added advantage
