Remuneration: A retainer and attractive commission

 

The successful candidate’s main role will be to actively and successfully manage the sales process from:
  • Lead generation
  • Solution pitch
  • Sales closure
  • Hand over to implementation team.
The role is best suited for a person that is:
  • Looking for an exciting field sales role
  • Presentable, has great personality and exudes confidence
  • Self-motivated and can self-manage
  • Commercially minded and can think outside the box
Mandatory Requirements:
  • Excellent spoken English and Swahili
  • Intimate knowledge of Nairobi
  • Diploma or Graduate Certificate in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or any commercial discipline
  • Prior experience in a field sales/ customer service role, preferably in insurance, banking or finance,
