HR Coordinator
ensure that HR policies are being adhered to
counter check overtime calculations and ensure that only necessary overtime is paid
draft warning letters
coordinate employee issues for grievances and any other employee issues
complete leave calculations, dues and sickness
Have knowledge on governing laws
Proficient at email and must have good communication skills
Experience – 2 yrs and above
Salary – 25,000-30,000
