The Kenya Conservatoire of Music is looking for a Manager

The position combines: Working 4 days a week, allowing you personal time on Saturdays and one week day; managing the operations of the Conservatoire, managing its Staff, Administration and Finances and ensuring the Conservatoire runs efficiently and profitably.
The position requires: An innovative, sharp minded person who thrives on order, has a love of music and is committed to ensuring procedures and policies are followed.
This position is answerable to the Conservatoire Council and has minimal supervision.
- Be a university graduate in Business or Management Studies
- Have at least 3 years working in formal employment after attainment of the university degree
- Have good interpersonal and communication skills
- Having a Grade 5 ABRSM certification in any musical instrument will be an added advantage
