Vacancy: Support Lead
Research Solutions Africa is a leading independent market and social research organization, headquartered in Nairobi. 
The company conducts primary research in 20 countries across the continent for demanding clients from all over the world.

specialize in social research, such as Monitoring and Evaluation
(M&E) of development projects and FMCG / retail projects.

To sustain the growth of our business, we have opened the following position for applications:

Support Lead 

Gross Salary Range KSH 120,000 – 160,000
 
The Support Lead will manage a major part of our HR, capacity building and public relations.
The position ensures that all non-research related staff at RSA operate efficiently and book continuous improvements: administration, office support, HR, IT, as well as possibly accounts, if the candidate is qualified. 
In addition, the candidate develops and implements a solid PR/marketing strategy for the company. 
The position reports to the Managing Director with a link to Growth Manager and is instrumental for ensuring professional processes in a growing company.

Our ideal candidate has a strong track record in developing and implementing professional processes. 
The candidate is a team-player, hands-on and has experience in nurturing the development of an administrative team. 
The candidate is diligent, persistent and extremely well structured in his/her work and fits the culture of mutual respect at Research Solutions Africa.

Minimum requirements are:
  • 3 years’ experience in at least one of the fields this position covers with team and budget responsibilities.
  • Documented ability to develop and implement processes in other fields.
