Tamu Green Grocery seeks to hire an aggressive and hard working sales and marketing Executive. 

The ideal candidate should be out going, well spoken and able to drive sales and meet targets.


Duties and Responsibilities
  • Identify market potential in order to establish new accounts, achieve sales volumes, revenue and profitability goals.
  • Ensuring availability of products in the market
  • Make necessary contacts with farmers for products from source
  • Check regular market price changes and advice management accordingly
  • Conduct prospects for new clients to identify and develop new accounts
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports
  • Going to the market regularly to source products
  • Provide market feedback to the management regarding movement of products
  • Manage products to minimize waste by tracking demand Vs supply before any purchases are made
  • Ensure payment of receivables in a timely manner
  • Handle cash payments from time to time as needed
  • Build and maintain effective customer relationships in order to build special loyalty
  • Handle and respond to existing product queries from clients quickly, effectively and accurately
  • Provide solutions and solve problems to customers
  • Conduct Market intelligence and monitor competitor activity
  • Diploma / Degree in Sales and Marketing
  • 3 years active sales experience
  • Valid driving license
  • Very honest and of high integrity
