We are currently managing 6 apartment hotels in Kenya, with a total of over 300 rooms and will be opening 2 more properties to its management portfolio by mid-2016.

FO Supervisor (Various positions)
Reporting to the General Manager this key role is responsible for supervision and control of all Front of House areas to the standards laid down by the company.
The successful candidate will ensure adherence to policy and procedures regarding the efficient check-in/check-out of guests promptly and courteously, maintain high standards of customer service and supervise all front office staff.
To be considered for the role you will have a diploma or degree in hospitality or front office operations. Only candidates with at least 2 years of supervisory or management role in a similar role will be considered.
You have excellent written & spoken English, strong interpersonal and leadership skills. You have demonstrable experience in MS Office suite, HIS (Hotel Information System) and online booking platforms.
Central Reservations Agents (Various)
You will be working in a dynamic 24-hour call centre and will be responsible for high volumes of customer calls and emails, and serving all properties under management.
The successful candidate will ensure that all inbound calls are answered in a professional and courteous manner, that proper selling techniques are utilized to maximise sales.
Central reservations agents will be responsible for ensuring all reservations are backed by relevant documents and emails.
The successful candidate must be able type well and must be experienced with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Prior experience in a similar role and knowledge of online reservations systems (booking engines and Synxis) will be a distinct advantage.
The candidate should be able to multi-task, have exceptional attention to detail. A written assessment to test command of the English language will be administered. The role will involve shift work.
The manager will be responsible for managing food outlets across the portfolio. He is in charge of all aspects of food and beverage operations onboard, including revenues, budgets, inventories and hygiene.
He/she will be responsilble for the day to day operations of all food & beverage outlets. You will be responsible for set up of standards of service, ensure that all the F&B sections are organized, that there are sufficient staff to perform the required duties.
You will also be responsible for proper set up and maintenance of required operating equipment.
You will create and drive promotions and monitor performance against budget.
The successful candidate will have a degree in a relevant area of study as well as over 5 years experience in F&B management, preferably in an establishment with various outlets.
You have demonstrable experience in managing budgets and have excellent leadership and communication skills.
The candidate will require to multitask and a high degree of attention to detail is required.
