Summary: Our client is a FMCG company looking for a Human Resource Intern
Primary Responsibilities:
- Creating files for new staff joining the organization
- Enter data into Human Resources database to keep employee records current
- Safe keeping of any HR staff related documents in the staff file
- Assist with calling and scheduling interviews
- Provide support in recruitment documentation and communication
- Assist with facilitating induction of new staff
- Provide administrative support to the Human Resource unit in all HR functions
- Prepare Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents
- Maintain accuracy of, and update employee personnel files in accordance with company policies and government regulations
- Any other duty as may be assigned
Qualifications and Experience:
- Should be a fresh graduate or an ongoing student with a human resource background
Desired Skills and Attributes:
- Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
- Particular and pays attention to detail
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Demonstrates reliability, flexibility and creativity
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment with minimal supervision
- Proficient use of MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook and the internet
