FMCG Company Marketing Manager Job in Nairobi, Kenya (350K)

Our client, a leading FMCG Company based in Nairobi with a huge portfolio of products is seeking to recruit a Marketing Manager
The successful candidate MUST have prior working experience in an FMCG company or an agency with 7 years experience in BTL Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements, develop, and implement marketing programs.
  • Define market competitor’s share, and competitor’s strengths and weaknesses.
  • Forecasting projected business and establish targeted market share.
  • Improve product marketability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities.
  • Forecast, measure, analyse and report on the impact of overall marketing activities.
  • Manage, motivate and provide direction to the entire marketing department.
  • Coordinating the production of a wide range of marketing communications.
Qualifications
  • Must have a minimum of 8 years’ experience marketing (with at least 3 years in a senior management).
  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree in marketing.
  • A Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
  • Must have a fundamental understanding of the overall business model, including role of marketing.
  • Must have a track record of building, leading, motivating and managing high-performing team.
  • Demonstrated experience in all facets of marketing.
  • Must have experience organizing events and road shows.
  • Demonstrated experience in all facets of marketing.
Monthly gross salary: Ksh. 300,000 – 350,000/= (Approx. 3,000 – 3,500 USD) depending on experience
