Procurement Assistant
Our client, a Marketing Solutions Company, is looking to fill the above position within its company.
Responsibilities:
- Source for quotations from various suppliers for all purchases.
- Assist in the procurement of goods and services as per company policy.
- Assist in the preparation of Requests for Quotation, Invitations to Bid, and Requests for Proposal etc.
- Safeguard the integrity of procurement documents, upholding confidentiality and privacy in the course of duty.
- Prepare monthly reports on purchases, expenditure and orders / activities.
- Assist in maintaining purchasing documentation such as purchase orders, quotations, contracts, tenders and internal purchase requisitions.
- Prepare and submit monthly reports on procurement activities.
- Maintain good relationships with all suppliers.
- Make regular follow up on orders and delivery documents.
- Supervision of delivery of goods.
- Provide procurement information as may be required.
Eligibility:
- Diploma / University degree in Purchasing & Supplies.
- At least two (2) years’ experience in similar role.
- Excellent negotiator with high professional and ethical standards.
