Our client is looking for a Sales Manager.
The right candidate must have experience in the Marketing, Communication, Advertising or Branding industry.
They must have experience selling to the corporate clientele in Kenya.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients and carry out the necessary research
- Recruit and train a good sales team
- Lead the sales team in achieving set targets
- Set targets for individual sales executives
- Accompany sales executives to client meetings
- Meet own sales targets
- Prepare proposals and guide the sales team in the same
- Prepare and conduct pitches to clients and guide the team in the same
- Build a client pipeline and teach the same team the process
- Plan particular client meetings and attend them
- Drive excellent customer service among the sales executives
- Gather market and customer information and communicate the trends to the team
- Report on sales activities and results
- Manage the liaison between operations team and the clients
- Carry out product research
- Involved in some Marketing activities
- Responsible for overall collections

- Must have excellent selling skills within the industry and a very good sales record
- A strong leader
- Should have strong interpersonal skills

- Must have strong communication skills
- Should be flexible in terms of time
- Relevant Diploma or Degree
