Who we are: We are an e-commerce specializing in motor vehicle spare parts of all vehicles and deliver to your location for the client’s convenience.

Position Overview: A Sales Executive is the bridge between the company and clients. 


They are the first contact with the client and have the responsibility of effectively mapping their e-commerce platform to client needs and ensuring they successfully turn a lead into a partner.

Role and Responsibilities   

1. Customer relationship management
  • Manage client relationships, introduce clients to the e-commerce and ensure client retention through successful and secure purchases and delivery of goods
  • Facilitate customer satisfaction surveys, providing feedback to the General Manager and implement new measures to increase satisfaction when needed.
  • Analyzing and understand market trends through customer feedback and research. Update General Manager about the same and liaise with practices.
  • Schedules and conducts regular meetings with business partners to review stock, pricing and procedures, discuss customer-specific issues, review performance/value, position new solutions
  • Maintain a clean and updated stock records obtained from partners with correct pricing
2. Revenue Generation
  • Cultivate and maintain business partners through lead and opportunity generation.
  • Meet Minimum sales as set forth by the General Manager.
  • Leverage Sales automation tools for appropriate report and analysis by the General Manager/CEO
3. Corporate Positioning
  • Understand the go to market strategy for each product and appropriately execute sales.
  • Give presentations and briefings to clients articulating  Company Value Proposition.
Key Performance Indicators
  • % goal achievement
  • % Partnership signed as per annual target
  • # of customer sold to directly
Experience Profile
  • Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma in Sales and Marketing
  • 2-3 years in Sales and/or Business development
  • Strong digital marketing and social media skills.
  • Proper understanding of Business-to-Business marketing or sales experience
  • Superior interpersonal, presentation and communication (written, oral) skills
  • Result and solution oriented.
  • An effective communicator both orally and written.
  • Savvy relationship builder.
  • Able to utilize different Sales automation tools such as CRM.
