- Must have at least 5 years’ experience as a chef / cook. Experience must be proved.
- Knowing well international recipes, especially European.
- Experience in food costing
- Capacity to keep record of rations / amounts of food spent.
- Comfortably able to host people of all nationalities and religions.
Other skills required
- Ability to keep track and records over food used and recording inventory of crockery items.
- Designing menus for the clients in accordance to the needs and cooking for the clients and for the staff
- Keeping good maintenance over crockery items and recording in the inventory
- Keeping hygiene standards high, cleaning crockery items
- Keeping records over the food stock/rations
- Helping other departments when required by superiors
- Serving to clients whenever required
