A construction company is looking to fill up the position of a Procurement Manager
Main Purpose of the Job: To procure and provide the organization with a steady flow of good works and services
Field of Responsibilities
- Processing of procurement Contracts
- Coordinating the disposal of obsolete goods functions of the organization
- Administer the stock control and inventory management function
- Development, implementation and enforcement of procurement regulations, policies and procedures.
- Participating as a member of the tendering committee and attends site meeting to understand site requirements;
- Ensures all transaction are within budget;
- Suppliers evaluation and development of list of approved suppliers for various procurement needs;
- Negotiates with suppliers on price matters; and
- Negotiates credit terms for continuation of production;
