Job Summary: To assist in the  end to end sales and documentation process  


Main Responsibilities
  • Selling available Kisima Plots
  • Custodian of all  Kisima parcel scheme Maps and subdivision plans ( original file and copy to sale administrator)
  • Management storage and keeping of accurate records in liaison with the Sales Administrator of all Kisima Tittles 
  • Representative of KREL in Land Control Boards as and of when advised by the contracted surveyors 
  • Taking potential clients to site visits
  • Working with KREL caretakers on selected duties/projects  in properties across the country 
  • Take part in events to market the products such as seminars, trade fairs/shows and exhibitions,
  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports.
  • Supervising & visiting  identified KREL/FEP and report on boundary issues, encroachments , occupancy, usage, security and  emerging community issues
  • Assist in debt collection
  • Attendance of monthly team meetings
  • Any other duties relating to Kisima Real Estate
Key Deliverables
  • Timely submission of Reports
  • Achievement of minimum given sales  and debt collection targets   
  • Efficient Maps / relevant document management and retrieval system
Resources Responsible for
  • Total revenue collected every month 
  • Efficient document retrieval system

  • Kisima Staff
  • Clients, Surveyors
Relevant Experience and Academic Qualifications
  • Over 2  years’ experience  in a property company
  • Exposure to  land  conveyance instruments(  (lands Boards &  Ardhi House processes )
  • Minimum Knowledge of the survey process 
  • Minimum computer skills
