Our client is the leading lottery and sports betting operator in African emerging markets, managing over 18 national divisions.
The company is fast growing, has doubled in size over the last 3 years, and has plans for further expansion.
The company is globally recognized as a start-up specialist for gaming operations in emerging markets.
They are looking for two Customer Service executives who are native French speakers with good knowledge of soccer/football.
- Handle customer queries via the phone, via email or via social media
- Educate current and potential customers with products and service information
- Solve customers’ problems
- Maintain accurate customer records
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the Team Leader
- Actively participate in team meetings
Competencies and Qualifications Desired
- Must be a Native French Speaker
- Must have a good knowledge of Soccer/ Football
- A higher Diploma or bachelors Degree
- Knowledge and working experience of MS Office
- Experience not a must, but demonstrated ability to learn fast and work against set targets is key to the role
