We are hiring a recruitment consultant.
The successful candidate will be responsible for attracting candidates and matching them to positions with client companies.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Sourcing companies with hiring needs.
- Advertising position to attract viable candidates using marketing tools and networks.
- Building and maintaining client relations.
- Receiving application, short listing and conducting interviews.
- Back ground checks for shortlisted candidates.
- Organizing interviews with the clients
- Follow up on client satisfaction
Skills and Competencies
- Bachelors’ Degree in social science
- At least 2 years as a recruiter.
- Previous experience in work performance monitoring.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Honest, high integrity and transparent.
- Good presentation skills.
- Work with minimum supervision
- Good reporting skills.
