Job Purpose: Leads and manages a sales team working across multiple channels to achieve the sales & Commercial strategies and ensure flawless executions.
Responsible for achievement & exceeding of sales targets, both secondary sales and primary Sales, in a geographical area.
Develop and grow the capabilities of the sales team.
- Bachelor’s degree in a business related field from a recognized university.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience working in a competitive environment, and at least 2 years in a Management position.
- FMCG experience will be an added advantage.
