We are looking for candidates to fill the following positions in our esteemed organisation:
Facilities and Senior Facilities Managers
Primary Purpose of the Job: To provide managerial and supervisory direction and strategic planning in order to protect existing assets through effective building management and business support services.
Level of Authority: Has the authority to execute all Key Performance Areas as stated on this form.
Education / Experience / Qualifications / Skill Requirements
- Appropriate qualification in mechanical or electrical engineering or property or facilities management or business management.
Job related work experience
- Minimum 10 and 7 years’ experience with the management of either the maintenance or facilities management industry for senior facilities manager and Facilities manager respectively
- Sound knowledge of technical and commercial perspective, condition audits, inspection reports, preparation of technical and business development related proposals.
- Operational experience of running FM and/or related projects an advantage.
- Good practical knowledge of project management principles.
- High degree of computer literacy.
