Summary: Our client a Multinational Company seeks to recruit a Commercial Director.
The successful candidate needs to be a self-starter who will work with current and potential partners on a daily basis, with accountability for leading business development and working with existing clients to grow their business.
- Develop and implement commercial strategies in order to accelerate Company’s growth
- Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plan
- Increase the quantity of Company’s points of sales
- Expand the range of services that Company offers
- Collaborate with and coordinate diverse teams
Experience and personality:
The successful candidate should have proven experience in development of payment agency business, which was obtained from previous placements at payment systems companies, banks or telecom service providers.
We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills and focus on providing excellent customer service, excellent presentation skills for spoken and written communication.
We expect our candidate to be result driven and to be able to coordinate teamwork to achieve results in the given time frames.
Personal network in Communication, IT, and electronic payments areas is desirable.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience in sales in Electronic Payments, Banks or Telecom
- Experience as commercial director or other relevant role is a strong plus Technical background is a plus
- Proven experience as commercial director or other relevant role
- Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- BSc/BA in business administration/ Sales and Marketing
- MSc/MA is a plus
