Summary: Our client a leading company in provision of security solutions with such products as; access control systems, camera systems, security alarms systems, CCTVs etc. seeks to recruit a dynamic sales and marketing executive with prior experience selling security equipment and solutions.
- Develop and execute an monthly sales plan to achieve quota and new customer goals
- Sell as an individual contributor and as a team player.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales goals and work effectively as a sales team member
- Interact with people in all departments in a manner that helps create a dynamic and cohesive culture.
- Continually improve; stay current with industry trends, help refine sales and service processes, develop and learn new sales skills, and work to increase personal productivity.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of projects and client companies
- Proactively participate in meetings with a positive attitude and a mindset towards sales process improvement.
- Liaising with technicians for installations

- 3-5 years track record of success selling
- Experience selling security equipment and solutions a must
- Phone and in-person verbal communication skills
- Excellent communication and Presentation skills
- Degree /Diploma in sales and marketing or IT with technical sales experience
