Job Summary: A manufacturing company in Thika seeks to recruit a mature Administration Assistant to handle administrative duties, P.A and some HR related duties.
Job Description
- HR duties- Checking attendance, disciplinary issues, paying casuals, HR related correspondences and helping in the recruitment process
- Producing correspondence and documents using Microsoft applications
- P.A related duties
- Creating and maintaining filing system in the company
- Managing and maintaining budgets, as well as invoicing
- Ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment
- Sorting and distributing incoming post and organising and sending outgoing posts
- Organising and storing paperwork documents and computer-based information
- Keeping diaries and arranging appointments
- Recruiting, training and supervising junior staff and delegating work as required
- Arranging in-house and external events
Key Requirements and Skills
- Diploma in Business Management or HR Management
- 3-5 years’ experience as an Admin Assistant or HR Admin Assistant
- Flexible, emotionally stable and mature
- Communication Proficiency
- Collaboration Skills
- Customer/Client Focus
