Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Greet, welcome and direct visitors
  • Answer, screen and forward phone calls
  • Assist in bookings and reservations
  • Keep clear & comprehensive records of bookings and bills
  • Maintain orderliness and cleanliness at the front desk area
  • Respond to customer queries related to the hotel services and resolve any issues
  • Liaise with other departments as necessary


Skills and Qualifications
  • Diploma or Certificate in Business Management or equivalent
  • Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Possess an outgoing personality
  • Must be organized with ability to prioritize
  • Good crisis management skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Office Administrative Assistant
Job Duties and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily management of law firm activities, including but not limited to the following:

  • Ensure all visitors are assisted promptly and professionally
  • Man the front office and operate the switchboard
  • Keep cases organized by establishing and organizing files
  • Type up and file basic legal documents and correspondence
  • Monitor deadlines and manage the calendar
  • Maintaining and stocking Law Firm supplies
  • General administrative duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications for Admin Assistant Job
  • Previous work experience added advantage
  • Certificate or Diploma holder
