Job Title: Chief Operating Officer
Job Location: Nairobi
Job Description: The COO will be a strategic thought-partner with the CEO, building out our operations, systems, and infrastructure, leading our expansion efforts, and generally supporting our fast growing client and revenue base.
The successful candidate will be a hands-on and participative manager and will lead and develop an internal team to support the following areas: operations, finance, budgeting, legal, human resources, tech, logistics, and general management.
You will play a critical role in strategic decision making and operations as we looks to transition from a start-up to a growth company.
Your two primary goals will be to make sure the day-to-operations function smoothly, and to keep the Board informed by measuring and reporting financial and operational results.
