Job Opening: Part-Time HR Consultant

Job Description: Ongoza is seeking a part-time (two days/week) Human Resources Consultant to restructure, develop, and maintain an innovative, data-driven human resource system.

The HR Consultant will work closely with Ongoza’s Executive Director but collaborate across the organization to identify gaps, re-write and build human resource policies, and establish a survey-driven, self improving HR system.
